Um, okay, trash needs to go, well, inside the dumpster for it to be removed. If it is too large to fit use a hammer, wrench, screwdriver, saw, or your foot to break it down into smaller pieces so that it fits. Your neighbors end up having to do this for you. An idea would be to put the item on Craig's List for free so that somebody might actually come and pick it up from your unit for free... rather than setting, say, a recliner out by the dumpster as was done sometime September 10th.

Owners: make sure the electricity bill for your unit is taken care of in a timely manner. The monthly HOA fee does not cover electricity usage for your unit. If you have questions please call Pioneer Property Management at 447-4496.
